However, if you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. We will provide a full refund or exchange for any products that are found to be faulty or damaged. Please note that we do not provide refunds for change of mind or if you ordered the wrong product.
