Delivery Policy

At Grumpy Wolf, we want to make sure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and safe manner. To ensure that your order is delivered to you with the utmost care, we have implemented the following delivery policy:

Shipping Options: We offer both standard and express shipping options for our customers. Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping takes 1-2 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $80 within New Zealand. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $20.50 applies for standard shipping, while express shipping is charged at a flat rate of $35.67.

Tracking: We provide tracking information for all orders so that you can keep track of your package as it makes its way to you.

Delivery Address: Please ensure that you provide us with the correct delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for any packages that are delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.

Delivery Timeframe: We aim to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. However, please note that shipping times may vary during peak periods such as holiday seasons.

International Orders: We currently only ship within New Zealand.

Delivery Delays: While we do our best to ensure that all orders are delivered within the specified timeframe, there may be unforeseen delays due to factors such as extreme weather conditions or issues with our shipping partners. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays and work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Signature Required: For orders over a certain value, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package, it may be held at your local post office for collection.
