Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online ecommerce wooden toys business. However, we understand that sometimes things don't quite work out as planned. Therefore, we have outlined our returns policy below, in accordance with New Zealand commerce compliance laws.

1.Returns and Exchanges: We are happy to offer returns or exchanges on most items purchased from our online store. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
• The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• The item must not have been used or damaged in any way.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on customised or personalised items, unless the item is faulty.

2.Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of purchase. We will arrange for the item to be repaired, replaced, or refunded, depending on the circumstances. We may ask for photographic evidence of the fault before proceeding with the return.

3.Refunds: If you are eligible for a refund, we will process the refund as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned item. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4.Shipping: We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance.
