Refund Policy Thank you for shopping with us at Grumpy Wolf. We strive to provide high-quality wooden toys and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to provide a refund in accordance with the following policy: 

  1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for items that meet the following criteria: 

  • The item is in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories and manuals. 
  • The item has not been used, assembled, or modified in any way. 
  • The item was purchased within the last 30 days. 
  • The item was purchased from our online store www.grumpywolf.co.nz. 
  1. Refund Process 

To request a refund, please email us at grumpywolf.shop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. 

  1. Exchange Policy 

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please request a refund for the original item and place a new order for the item you want. 

  1. Damaged or Defective Items 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at grumpywolf.shop@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed with a return or exchange.
